International brands present their latest models and take this opportunity to create enthusiasm among the audience, showcasing some of their prototypes. The outstanding exhibitors change every time, depending on market trends and production cycles.

Last year was Yamaha with its Teneré 700 and the three wheeler Niken;Kymco revealed its answer to the electric bike charging dilemma and Royal Enfield stepped into the game too, putting out a new concept bike called KX.Harley-Davidson introduced the market to the new fully electric LiveWire, which was a revolution for its category.

Thus, what should we expect from EICMA 2019?

This year the show will probably be stolen by Suzuki, which is expected to unveil its new DR model.Suzuki has been an outsider in  the big 新利18苹果adventure bike sector with no bike to match its competitors' offerings.

As usual, another major presentation will be by Ducati, releasing at least one outstanding new bike. This will already have been revealed to a limited audience on October 23rd,but everybody EICMA will get to see and touch it.People talk about a new application for the V4 engine, already fitted on the Streetfighter for the Pikes Peak run.Perhaps it will be on the already powerful Multistrada.

Honda may present its new and smaller capacity Africa Twin, aimed at the 700-800cc 新利18苹果adventure bike range currently ruled by KTM,BMW and the recently introduced Yamaha as well as Triumph's Tigers.

Triumph is working on a new range of the Tigers, upgraded to 900cc,which apparently is still under development although rumors say that it may well be presented at EICMA alongside the updated 2500cc,170hp Rocket III cruiser.

Another giant cruiser is to come from BMW with its super cruiser to take on Harley-Davidson and Indian, powered by a brutally bulky 1800cc boxer engine offering the usual top quality German technology.

We will see what happens, but this show always leaves aficionados with their mouth watering.
