Suzuki Motor of Americahas recalled up to 2,640 model year 2018 – 2019 GSX250R motorcycles.According to Suzuki,water may find its way into the rear brake light switch.The trapped water may corrode the switch.This could cause the rear brake light to fail to illuminate or stay on continuously even though the brake is not applied.

Suzuki will notify owners of affected motorcycle beginning June 28,2019.Owners should take motorcycles subject to this recall to a dealer.Dealers will replace the rear brake stop light switch free of charge.
