Motonation continues to push forward into 2023, with price reductions for its Forcefield body armor last month (a rarity in our current climate of inflation!), and now word that some of the Sidi boot line has been restocked.

This is good news—if you’ve been paying attention to what’s been happening at your local motorcycle dealership or online retailers, you know that supply chain shortages have plagued the motorcycle retail industry. It’s hard to make money and keep customers happy if you have nothing to sell them, so it’s good to see those product lines back here on our shores again. It’s also good news because here at ADVrider, we’ve been very happy with our Sidi test gear over the years. See Egle’s review of the Sidi Crossfire 3 TA bootshere, and Mike’s review of the Canyon GoreTex bootshere.

On the ADV side of things, you can see Sidi’s lineup of bootshere, including full-length Gavia, Adventure 2, Canyon and Aria models in men’s and women’s sizes—some models are still sold-out, but the Adventure 2 line is readily available. If you’re looking for something more street-biased, checkhere, where you can see the new-ish and re-stocked ST and ST Air boots among others (those ST boots have been out for a couple of years, but with all the COVID craziness, you might not have seen them at a local dealer yet!). And, if you lean towards the hardcore dirt side of the spectrum, those boots arehere, including the X3, which was unavailable for a while thanks to C-19. Note thatthe X3 lists a new, replaceable sole for 2023, a very practical and cost-effective add-on, allowing riders to get a lot more usage out of their boots by getting them rebuilt instead of chucking them when the soles wear out.

Again, some stuff is still listed as Sold Out, but hopefully we’ll see the rest of those Sidi boots available soon.
