Enduristan is rolling out its newest saddlebags, which it calls theEnduristan Monsoon EVO Saddlebag System. Enduristan says that the bags are “…the world’s toughest 100% waterproof luggage.”

The new saddlebags utilize three-layer fabric sections that feature welded seams and are abrasion-resistant. In the event of a tip-over, the bags have additional edge protection to help protect the bag.

Moonsoon EVO weight

Another claimed benefit is that the Monsoon EVO bags are much lighter than other competitive brands. = For example, Enduristan says that a Monsoon EVO saddlebag weighs in at about 6 pounds, while other brands come in at 11 pounds, including the required mounting plates and wedges.

Monsoon EVO saddlebags are available in two different sizes; 24 and 34-liter capacities. The 24-liter bags weigh 5.62 pounds, while the 34-liter size tips the scales at 6.06 pounds. If you need more storage, you can add two Fender Bags, XS base packs, or 2 can/bottle holsters on the outside of the saddlebag.

Due to the development of a new mounting bracket, the Monsoon EVO bags do not require a plate or wedge to attach to your pannier rack. Enduristan says its mounting system fits almost all pannier frames with 18mm tubes. Additionally, you can add locks to the mounting bracket’s “safety holes” to make the saddlebags more theft-resistant.

The system’s mounting brackets are made of fiber-reinforced composite material. Enduristan says that they have similar properties to aluminum.

The Enduristan saddlebags are sold individually in either size That means you can order both a 24 and 34-liter saddle bag to accommodate some bike’s exhaust system. The 24-liter saddlebag retails for $419.99, while the 34-liter will set you back $449.99.
