    That looks like a stock length swingarm, and fork. Have they done much riding on it yet? Do you know the front and rear travel numbers and SAG.

    Yeah, that front end—photographed as is—looks a bit jacked up. (Maybe they didn't read your thread on how to shorten a KYB fork.)
