我只是swapped out rear tires on the bike and took it out for a test ride to make sure everything was good. Above 35mph a warning comes up and says that the ABS failed. Light stays on. Turned the bike off, turned the ignition off and started it again. Did the same thing above 35mph.

When I removed the rear wheel I took the sensor out and hung it over the caliper so I would not damage it. I do not see any visible damage and the brakes work but there is no ABS in the rear (tested it while riding). Anyone have any idea what could cause this? I searched a bit on the forums and didnt see anything exactly like this. The MCT light and ABS light come on as well as the flashing failure on the display. Speedo seems to work just fine.

    Thanks

Did you swap just the rear or both tyres?

只是后面。我只是went back out and figured it out. Problem has been solved. Took it back out for a test ride and the failure did NOT come back. Somehow the metal sensor plate that spins with the wheel had 1 slight depression in it. Not sure how it got there since I didnt use any prying tools on it at all. Only thought is possibly while it was sitting in the garage or at the bike shop when they were mounting my new tire. Either way I was able to gently pry the depression out of it so it is straight now. That seemed to be the issue. My guess is when it was rotating at a certain speed it was getting a very inconsistent reading due to it being bent away from the sensor. Either way the problem is solved and I will inspect that thoroughly before I install the wheel after my next tire swap.

Yes I stated that I removed the sensor. I hung it over the caliper...... so I didnt damage it.
